In most shared apartments, the buzzer rings one person's phone — and that person becomes the household's front desk. Enterkey shares the buzzer properly: everyone joins the group via invite link, every buzz rings every phone, and whoever's free (or awake) lets the visitor in.
How does shared buzzer duty work?
One roommate sets up Enterkey and shares the invite link; everyone who joins gets buzzer calls and full control — arm a key for your own delivery, buzz in your own guest, no relay through whoever "owns" the buzzer. One subscription covers the whole unit.
Locked out with a dead phone? A roommate at work can buzz you in from their desk. When someone moves out, the group owner removes them and their access ends that minute — no re-keying, no awkwardness.
Who sees what?
Everyone in the group sees the shared activity log — who was buzzed in and when. Transparency by default beats a mystery visitor nobody admits to.
